As such, our Individuals Matter Advisor Council (IMAC) was created to focus on employee engagement and foster a diverse and inclusive culture. IMAC supports various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are grassroots organizations brought together by employees to support, advocate for and provide activities around different topics. Some examples of our ERG’s include PRIDE, Working Caregivers and LIFT (Leading and Inspiring Female Talent).

  • PRIDE is WhiteWave’s LGBTA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Ally) resource group. Pride promotes a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, and supports our fellow colleagues while building a more educated community.
  • Balancing a career and caring for others is no small task, whether it be for children, elderly parents or other dependents. The purpose of the Working Caregivers group is to build a community and create tangible tools and resources that support working caregivers at all WhiteWave locations.
  • LIFT is a Women’s Employee Resource Group that was created to inspire and empower women to flourish in communities where they live, work and engage through networking, workshops and more.
