Food helps us grow, gives us energy and just plain tastes good. Understanding where something so important comes from is why we partner with non-profits like Growing Gardens. Community gardening has enabled us to help maintain a strong connection with the land as well as each other.

Giving back has always been an important part of our culture. This past year, nearly 1,800 of us rolled up our sleeves and participated in the company's Share What We Do Well Month, an initiative to give all of our employees the opportunity to make a difference in our local communities. We look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come.

Feeding Our Neighbors

We are committed to helping make sure members of our community don't go hungry. We helped sort, organize, pack and weigh more than 70,000 pounds of food in 2013 alone, at more than 10 food banks across the country.

During our corporate challenge for Community Food Share in 2013, we raised enough money to provide more than 890,000 meals for those in need.

We pioneered some of the most exciting trends in food.

We were the first company able to bring organic dairy products to the masses, but only with the help of hundreds of family farmers.
